Cancellation Policy

For all Remote Spirit Release Therapy bookings, any cancellations made with a minimum of 5 working days will be subject to a 60% cancellation fee. This is due to the Remote Spirit Release requiring a 3rd party facilitator to conduct the session with ( as explained in the description of service ) and their time ( 50% of the booking cost ) will need to be compensated accordingly and to 10% is to cover administration costs. For Remote Reiki Healing Sessions, any cancellations made a minimum of 5 working days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover administration costs and the potential loss of custom through the cancellation of the booking slot. ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. When placing a booking for any service offered, you agree that the report and any recording of any service remains the property of Healing The One and due to the confidential nature of the work, no part or entirety of the report will be placed upon any social media platform. Please note that neither myself nor the Facilitator undertaking any of the services offered are medically trained professionals and as such are unable to make any specific diagnosis when conducting a healing, spiritual release session or property clearance. All work is carried out by my spiritual team and I, in the role of a Medium, am merely a channel for them to perform the works. This also applies to any advice imparted by the Spirit Guides and should be viewed as impartial and for entertainment purposes only ( in accordance with the Fraudulent Medium Act 1951 ) As with all things in life, this work comes with no guarantee, and medical advice should always be sought for any suspected medical or mental health issues. The work undertaken by my spiritual team is a complimentary system that can be used in conjunction with any professional medical advice or medication. Neither myself or the Facilitator take any responsibility for, nor can be held liable for any actions taken by the client as a result of any information disclosed to the client following any service provided.
